SOLID CONSTRUCTION
The basic element of the scaffolding structure is welded steel frames. The horizontal bracing of the system are platforms, while the vertical bracing of the scaffolding is provided by diagonal braces.
The frame stands are manufactured using double-sided tube end forming technology. The frames are equipped with star pins for mounting platforms and auto-lock ratchet locks for attaching handrails, braces and curbs.

In the production of Sigma 70P scaffolding, we pay special attention to high quality workmanship. For the production of scaffolding steel elements, we always use grade I steel, with the right chemical composition to ensure excellent quality of hot-dip galvanizing.
Steel elements are galvanized in proven galvanizing plants, ensuring the highest quality. Wooden scaffolding elements such as platforms, curbs and sleepers made of softwood are impregnated with waterproof acrylic impregnant. In addition, wooden platforms are glued with D4 class hot glue. The quality of the anti-corrosion protection and impregnation is an added advantage that improves the safety and life of the scaffolding.

Steel components are galvanized in proven galvanizing plants, ensuring the highest quality. Wooden elements of the scaffolding such as platforms, curbs and sleepers made of softwood are impregnated by immersion with waterproof acrylic impregnation.

SOLID CONSTRUCTION
The primary components of a modular scaffolding structure are the vertical standards. The elements responsible for the system's rigidity in the horizontal plane are tube ledgers and horizontal braces. The core of each modular scaffolding node is the rosette. Node connections are made by driving a wedge into the rosette opening, which significantly accelerates the assembly process. Thanks to the geometry of the rosette holes, the scaffolding grid can be adapted to the curvature of the building façade.

Standrds made of high-grade steel
SIGMA RTM standards are made of fine-grain steel tubes S460MH, with a thickness of 2.9 mm and a diameter of 48.3 mm. The use of this high-grade steel makes the standards not only lighter but also more resistant to bending and compression, which positively impacts the overall stability and safety of the structure.
QSTE460TM sheet metal rosettes
The rosettes are made from 9 mm thick steel plate, providing high resistance to mechanical damage and abrasion. The use of high-grade steel further enhances their durability, ensuring even distribution of heavy loads across the scaffold structure.
S700MC sheet metal wedges
In the SIGMA RTM modular scaffolding system, the wedges are made from high-strength S700MC steel plate. These precisely manufactured, laser-cut wedges ensure a highly durable connection between the ledgers and the rosettes on the standards. The assembly and disassembly process is both fast and secure.
Tube ledgers and horizontal braces
Manufactured from S460MH steel, ensuring durability and structural stability. With a tube thickness of 2.7 mm and a diameter of 48.3 mm, the components are both lightweight and resistant to static and dynamic loads that may occur during scaffold use.
Welding and galvanizing of scaffolding
SIGMA RTM also stands out for its excellent welding quality and hot-dip galvanizing. Digitally controlled welding parameters ensure high precision of welds, resulting in strong connections that enhance scaffold longevity and reduce the risk of failure. The hot-dip galvanizing process protects steel components against corrosion.

Adjustable stands are hot-dip galvanized, they have a large nut for convenient leveling of scaffolding.
Scaffolding connectors are forgings of appropriate weight and high strength – the weight of the fixed connector is 1.25 kg, the swivel connector is 1.36 kg.
Anchor connector hooks are made of rod with a diameter of 18 mm.
Anchor connectors with a length of more than 1.0 m are made of S460MH grade steel.
