Sigma RTM SL HS modular scaffolding
A versatile scaffolding system, ideal for the most demanding construction work thanks to its quick wedge assembly and adaptability to any unusual objects.

WEDGE SCAFFOLDING
Scaffolding for special tasks
SOLID CONSTRUCTION
The primary components of a modular scaffolding structure are the vertical standards. The elements responsible for the system's rigidity in the horizontal plane are tube ledgers and horizontal braces. The core of each modular scaffolding node is the rosette. Node connections are made by driving a wedge into the rosette opening, which significantly accelerates the assembly process. Thanks to the geometry of the rosette holes, the scaffolding grid can be adapted to the curvature of the building façade.
DURABLE SYSTEM SCAFFOLDING
Modular scaffolding of the highest quality
We guarantee the highest European quality standard at a reasonable price thanks to Polish production and our own components.

Standrds made of high-grade steel
SIGMA RTM standards are made of fine-grain steel tubes S460MH, with a thickness of 2.9 mm and a diameter of 48.3 mm. The use of this high-grade steel makes the standards not only lighter but also more resistant to bending and compression, which positively impacts the overall stability and safety of the structure.
QSTE460TM sheet metal rosettes
The rosettes are made from 9 mm thick steel plate, providing high resistance to mechanical damage and abrasion. The use of high-grade steel further enhances their durability, ensuring even distribution of heavy loads across the scaffold structure.
S700MC sheet metal wedges
In the SIGMA RTM modular scaffolding system, the wedges are made from high-strength S700MC steel plate. These precisely manufactured, laser-cut wedges ensure a highly durable connection between the ledgers and the rosettes on the standards. The assembly and disassembly process is both fast and secure.
Tube ledgers and horizontal braces
Manufactured from S460MH steel, ensuring durability and structural stability. With a tube thickness of 2.7 mm and a diameter of 48.3 mm, the components are both lightweight and resistant to static and dynamic loads that may occur during scaffold use.
Welding and galvanizing of scaffolding
SIGMA RTM also stands out for its excellent welding quality and hot-dip galvanizing. Digitally controlled welding parameters ensure high precision of welds, resulting in strong connections that enhance scaffold longevity and reduce the risk of failure. The hot-dip galvanizing process protects steel components against corrosion.
PROVEN MODULAR SCAFFOLDING
We supply one of the best modular scaffolding systems on the market
The system offers not only high load-bearing capacity but also exceptional lightness, making it a safer solution compared to most modular scaffolding systems available on the market – a claim supported by research conducted by Lublin University of Technology.

APPLICATION OF THE RTM SL HS SYSTEM
Sigma RTM SL HS versatile modular scaffolding system
SIGMA RTM SL HS modular scaffolding is strong, stable and safe, yet lighter than many competing solutions thanks to the use of high-grade steel. It is ideal for construction sites with a variety of requirements, including difficult terrains or unusual shapes of objects.
Advantages of modular scaffolding:
-
Versatility of use and safety: They can be used for a variety of tasks both outdoors and indoors, as well as for non-standard facilities.
- Easier transportation: the modular design allows for easier assembly, disassembly and transportation.
Complex industrial facilities
Scaffolding used, for example, in refineries, shipyards, chimneys and power plants.
Events and entertainment
For the construction of stages, grandstands, light towers, scenery and advertising structures.
Large-format advertising media
Scaffolding for the installation and maintenance of large advertisements.
Scaffolding support
In the construction of engineering structures and building floors.
Roofing and maintenance work
For work at heights, such as roof repair and historic preservation.
Staircase structures
Stable structures for building temporary stairs.
Work on the facades of buildings with non-standard massing
Scaffolding for e.g. churches, cathedrals, museum and theater buildings.
Inspection and maintenance work
Work in industrial facilities and manufacturing plants.
Work platforms
All kinds of outdoor and indoor work platforms (e.g., in halls, churches and hangars).
Hanging scaffolding
Used where it is not possible to erect a standard structure.
