Alignment frames

Standard, narrow and wide leveling frames available in various heights. Part of the certified Sigma 70p facade scaffolding.

Description

Alignment frames

Standard, narrow and wide alignment frames available in different heights. Like other scaffolding components, all frames are made from high-quality S235JRH steel, with a minimum yield strength Re>320 N/mm². We form the stands of the frames from pipes with a diameter of 48.3 mm and a wall thickness of 2.7 mm, which ensures the stability of the structure. Leveling frames are used to level out unevenness of the ground when installing only the first level of scaffolding.

High corrosion resistance – hot-dip galvanizing

Due to the protection of our scaffolding frames by hot-dip galvanizing, the life of the scaffolding is significantly prolonged due to protection against corrosion. This process allows for long-term use in demanding atmospheric conditions such as heavy rain, snow or high humidity. As a result, our frames remain sturdy and durable for many years, while reducing maintenance costs, resulting in greater economy and efficiency on the construction site.

The components belong to the Sigma 70p system with a“Bsafety certificate, which confirms its high quality and safety.
