Aluminum-composite access platform / access deck with ladder

Construction of the platform frame: reinforced aluminum stringers with aluminum cross supports equipped with 2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel heads, which are riveted to the stringers with high-strength structural rivets. The platform heads have holes for mounting on the star pins of the scaffold frame.

The platform’s sheathing is made of the latest material: a completely waterproof sandwich composite panel: fiberglass outer layers and a honeycomb core made of polypropylene.

Fully symmetrical design, allowing two-sided use, anti-slip on both sides.

The platform has a hinged hatch that opens to the side of the platform, equipped with opening stops up to an angle of 85°, which ensures that the hatch closes automatically and prevents people from falling through the open hatch of the platform.

The 3.0-meter and 2.5-meter platforms are equipped with an integral ladder permanently mounted on a sturdy hot-dip galvanized steel tube, while the 2.0-meter and 1.5-meter platforms are equipped with a suspension ladder.

The ladder has safety caps to prevent injury and solid solid casters. In the integrated version in the folded position, it is used as a handle for one person to assemble the platform.

Communication platforms are used to ensure safe communication between different levels of scaffolding.
