Narrow vertical frame

Vertical narrow scaffold frame with a width of 413 mm. Ideal for work in narrow places such as elevator shafts or at buildings close to each other. Being made of steel tubes of S235JRH grade, the frame guarantees high load strength. The steel is characterized by a minimum yield strength Re>320 N/mm², which ensures the durability and stability of the entire structure. The frame is compatible with other elements of the Sigma 70p facade scaffold.

Description

Narrow vertical frame

Narrow vertical frame with a width of 0.41 m in the axes of the stands. Scaffolding ideal for work in narrow places. Thanks to its minimum width (413 mm), it is ideal for elevator shafts, installation shafts and at buildings close to each other. Robust S235JRH steel construction guarantees safety even in difficult conditions.

The frame has a rack diameter of 48.3 mm and a wall thickness of 2.7 mm, which further strengthens its resistance to mechanical damage.

The frame is equipped with star pins that allow the installation of 1 working platform with a width of 0,32 m. Ratchet locks with auto-lock function ensure fast and secure installation of handrails and bracing. The frame also has a curb mounting pin, which further increases the stability of the structure.

Thanks to its width, the frame provides more comfortable working conditions on the scaffold. The larger working area allows more building materials to be stored on the platforms, making construction work more efficient.

High corrosion resistance – hot-dip galvanizing

Due to the protection of our scaffolding frames by hot-dip galvanizing, the life of the scaffolding is significantly extended thanks to protection against corrosion. This process allows for long-lasting use of the elements in demanding atmospheric conditions, such as heavy rain, snow or high humidity. As a result, our frames remain robust and durable for many years, while reducing maintenance costs, resulting in greater economy and efficiency on the construction site.

The frame belongs to the Sigma 70p system with “B” safety certification.
