Vertical steel frame – functions and advantages

The frame is equipped with star pins for the installation of two platforms with a width of 0.32 m or one with a width of 0.64 m. Ratchet locks with auto-lock function facilitate the installation of handrails and bracing. In addition, the frame has pins for mounting curbs. Both the locks and the pins are located on both sides of the frame, making it possible to install handrails and curbs from the inside of the scaffolding.

High corrosion resistance – hot-dip galvanizing

Thanks to hot-dip galvanizing, our scaffolding frames are effectively protected against corrosion. This process significantly extends their service life. It allows for long-term use of the elements in harsh weather conditions. The frame can withstand heavy rain, snow and high humidity. As a result, the frames remain sturdy and durable for many years. Protecting the frames also reduces maintenance costs, which increases savings. Hot-dip galvanization improves efficiency on the construction site, ensuring longer use without additional expense.

The frame belongs to the Sigma 70p system with “B” safety certification.
