RODO (General Data Protection Regulation) Regulations.
1. General Provisions:
a. These Regulations set out the rules for the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “RODO”).
b. The administrator of the personal data is PHU SIGMA Joanna Nowak Ul. Armii Krajowej 6/3, 98-200 Sieradz NIP 827 210 66 04 , hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”.
c. In matters concerning the processing of personal data, the Administrator can be contacted via e-mail address: odo@sigma-bud.pl or in writing to the Administrator’s registered address.
2. purposes of personal data processing:
a. Personal data is processed for the purpose of performing the services provided by the Administrator and for marketing, information and statistical purposes.
b. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the principles set out in the RODO, and data is collected and stored securely.
c. Personal data may be made available to entities authorized by law and to entities cooperating with the Administrator in the performance of services.
3. rights of data subjects:
a. Data subjects have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of their personal data, and the right to data portability.
b. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if he/she believes that the processing of his/her personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
c. Data subjects have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
4. Personal data safeguards:
a. The Administrator shall use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction.
b. All persons authorized to process personal data are required to maintain confidentiality with respect to personal data.
5. Final Provisions:
a. These regulations shall come into force on the date of publication on the Administrator’s website.
b. The administrator reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time. The amendments shall come into force 7 days after their announcement on the Administrator’s website.
