SOLID CONSTRUCTION
The basic element of the scaffolding structure is welded steel frames. The horizontal bracing of the system are platforms, while the vertical bracing of the scaffolding is provided by diagonal braces.<br>The frame stands are manufactured using double-sided tube end forming technology. The frames are equipped with a U-profile for mounting platforms, wedge locks for attaching handrails and a mandrel for mounting curbs. Platforms are equipped with hooks for mounting in the U-profile of the frame.

In the production of our scaffolding, we pay special attention to high quality workmanship. For the production of scaffolding steel elements, we always use grade I steel with yield strength Re >350 N/mm2 and with the right chemical composition to ensure excellent quality of hot-dip galvanizing.
Steel components are galvanized in proven galvanizing plants, ensuring the highest quality. Wooden elements of the scaffolding such as platforms, curbs and sleepers made of softwood are impregnated by immersion with waterproof acrylic impregnation.
The quality of the anti-corrosion protection and impregnation is an added advantage that improves the safety and life of the scaffolding.

The SIGMA 73LB scaffold is manufactured in accordance with the standards used in the European Union. SIGMA 73LB scaffolding has:
- safety certificate “B”<br>- certificate of conformity with the criteria K/0812-72/1/12<br>- certificate of conformity with the standards PN-EN 12810-1:2010 and PN-EN 12811-1:2007
issued by the Lukasiewicz Research Network of the Warsaw Institute of Technology (formerly IMBIGS).<br>As a scaffolding manufacturer, we have EXC2 welding certificates in accordance with EN 1090-2:2018, issued by DVS ZERT Gmbh Dusseldorf.
When purchasing scaffolding, the customer receives a declaration of conformity to standards issued by the manufacturer - our company.

A variety of scaffolding field lengths: 0.73 m; 1.09 m; 1.57 m; 2.07 m; 2.57 m; 3.07 m, different frame widths: 0.36 m, 0.73 m and 1.09 m, as well as a wide assortment of complementary elements: leveling frame, parapet frame, adaptive frame, walk-through frame, widening consoles, which make it easy to adapt the scaffolding to the building facade and precisely position the structure in difficult and irregular terrain, regardless of site conditions.
